Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and parts
- Have proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please send:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Depending on the situation, we will offer:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund (if only part of the item is affected)
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, the wrong color or size, or your package is missing parts or accessories, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
After reviewing your claim, we may:
- Send the correct product
- Replace missing accessories or parts
- Send a replacement
- Issue a full or partial refund
Please include photos and your order number when contacting us.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will investigate with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- Orders marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier cannot be refunded unless there is evidence that the package was not delivered.
- In some cases, you may be asked to obtain a non-delivery confirmation from your local post office.
Order Delays
International shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team, and we'll investigate the issue and provide the best possible solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened baby feeding products
- Personal hygiene products
- Used baby care products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
